DAPS is built privacy-first. This page covers how the website behaves today; the full product policy follows as we approach launch.

We will never sell your data. We don’t build recommendations by surveilling you, and your listening data is yours to keep, export, or delete.

No cookies, no third-party trackers. We run our own analytics — Umami, an open-source tool, on our own servers — so no outside company ever sees your visit. We measure only anonymous, aggregate traffic: which pages people view, and roughly how many visit, by country. Nothing identifies you, nothing follows you across the web, and the analytics respect your browser’s Do Not Track signal.

DAPS is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. Our commitment to your privacy is written into our corporate charter.
